Collaboration with Ecochlor, Ballast Water Management System Manufacturers, for Support Services in Australian Water

Royston Australia (Royston), are delighted to announce a collaboration with Ecochlor Inc., a prominent ballast water management system (BWMS) manufacturer, to support their clients with chemical resupply and service technicians on vessels that are sailing in Australian waters.

Ecochlor was founded in 2001 to provide a simple, reliable, cost effective and easy-to-use BWMS that would stand up to the most stringent regulatory standards in the world. Driven by commitment to the environment through a powerful technology, the system was engineered to safely and economically eliminate the worldwide transfer of aquatic invasive species. Ecochlor is dedicated to creating reliable maritime solutions by understanding ship operator’s requirements and the environment in which they operate in. They have aligned with Royston’s core values to fully support Ecochlor’s clients by ensuring system uptimes are maintained at the highest possible level along with no interruption to vessel operations.

Michael Madely, VP of Global Services at Ecochlor added: “Royston are a renown marine service company based in Henderson Western Australia. They will provide Ecochlor with service support throughout Australia, which includes our chemical resupply operation. In time, they will be a full-service support team through our Approved Service Vendor Agreement. Royston have appointed a dedicated Service Technician who will manage the Ecochlor service calls along with additional support from our own Ecochlor service team in Singapore.”
