Meet the Team: Rhanjie Adorna

We are proud to introduce one of the newest and most experienced members of our team: Rhanjie Adorna. With over 20 years of experience at ABB, Rhanjie has been a pivotal addition to our turbocharger team, both in the workshop and in the field.

Rhanjie's Role and Expertise

Rhanjie joined Royston Australia with a mission to enhance our turbocharger capabilities. He has played an instrumental role in developing the team and expanding our workshop's capabilities in Henderson. Thanks to Rhanjie's expertise, we have successfully integrated a new rotary shaft balancing machine capable of handling shafts ranging from 6kg to 1,000kg. This advanced equipment allows us to offer a broad range of balancing services, significantly enhancing our service offerings.

Rhanjie is particularly excited about working alongside Jack to establish a new business unit within Royston Australia. His role involves everything from equipment specification and supplier relations to training, job completion, and reporting. This comprehensive involvement in the business allows Rhanjie to apply his extensive knowledge and skills to a wide array of tasks, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Going Above and Beyond

Although Rhanjie has only recently joined us, he has already made a significant impact. Notably, one project was for a vessel in Brisbane which included the removal, transport, overhaul, and return and refit of the turbochargers. The workshop element of this project is particularly demanding, but Rhanjie’s expertise ensures that it was completed within just two days. His dedication to going above and beyond for our customers is a testament to his commitment and skill.

Future Developments

As Royston Australia continues to grow, so too does our turbocharger team. We plan to recruit an additional apprentice and provide training for our existing service technicians to use the new equipment effectively. This investment in our team ensures that we can continue to offer top-tier service to our clients. We are excited about the future and look forward to the continued growth and success of our team under his guidance.
